Universally Accessible Paddle Craft Launch on Black River, Port Huron, Michigan

The city of Port Huron and St. Clair County, Mich. teamed with EZ-Dock to construct a universally accessible launch for canoes and kayaks on the Black River, downtown Port Huron.
