Pitch in to help clean up the Rock River in Rockton area during the 320 mile long Rock River Sweep on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019
Time:  9:00 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m.
Meeting place:  The shelterhouse in Settlers Park behind First National Bank & Trust, 300 E. Main St., Rockton, IL
Volunteers needed:  All ages, people who care about our river, to walk the banks or work from their canoes or kayaks.
We provide:  Gloves, bags, insect repellant, refreshments, door prizes for all, long sleeve shirts for those who RSVP.
Recommended: Long sleeves, long pants, cover your head.  Bring a small bag to keep aluminum cans separate.
