The Rock River Trail Initiative was given an award with an inscription that reads: For the ongoing development of bike and water trails along the Rock River. These developments have contributed to the enhancements and recognition of the riverfront.

The RRTI also wishes to recognize the integral work of Dean Mathias on the Rock River Trail Bike Route and his excellent contacts throughout the Quad Cities area.  We would not be as far along as we are without the continued productive efforts of Bareback.
